We are always looking for development opportunities. We purchase all types of sites, with or without planning permission. We have a proven track record in securing planning permissions on sensitive sites including conservation areas and greenbelt sites.

In addition to this we also buy homes in need of modernisation. We refurbish and extend when appropriate then return them to the market.
